Biography
Resio is Melbourne, Australia based contemporary artist. Inspired by the global visual and physical language of graffiti and break dancing culture Resio's style weaves together complex abstractions of dynamic colour, shapes and movement with photo realism and a masterful approach to the traditions of graffiti and studio painting techniques. Resio's ability to interpret his 'language' in to works that extend across large scale public murals, studio painting and private mural commissions has earned him the reputation as one of the most unique emerging artists from Melbourne's next wave of contemporary artists heavily inspired by the international dialogue of graffiti culture and street art, who choose to share their work on both Gallery and public walls.
