Return of the Time Bandit

The Time Bandit lies dormant in the depths of the underworld beneath Meru Island. Imprisoned by mythical forces for committing apocalyptic mischief, he remained undisturbed for aeons—until the tides of the cosmos stirred.

Awakened, he begins to plot his escape from the deepest chambers of the underworld and sets out in search of his stolen weapon: the Portal Wreath—a device capable of slicing through the veils of time and reality and opening inter-dimensional portals. With it, the Time Bandit can break free from his confinement and unleash impossible mischief upon the unsuspecting surface world.
